James Dertouzos Waldwick Baseball / University Of Rhode Island Baseball

 

James batted .280 in 2009.  He then found Paramount Fitness, and in doing so found a powerful swing.....a powerful swing that led him to a .457 batting average with a league leading 9 doubles his Junior year. In his senior season, James batted .454 with 8 home runs and was named 2ND Team All State Group 1! James was recruited to play for the University of Rhode Island Class of 2015!!

Joey Gandolfo Joey Gandolfo #28 Northern Highlands Baseball / Columbia University Baseball

In 2010, Joey Gandolfo was named 1st Team All-State as a 1st baseman!!  He batted .452 with 10 HR’s and 44 RBI’s.  His fastball has also been clocked at 88 MPH as his contributions were an immense part of Northern  Highlands reaching the State Final.  He was heavily recruited to Colombia where he will be a five tool player!

TJ Franzese #33 Don Bosco Football/Union College Football

 

Starting Fullback TJ Franzese of Don Bosco Prep has trained with Paramount Fitness since he was in 7th grade.  His best 40 yard dash time was clocked at 4.49. He was quoted as being the most versatile athlete on Don Bosco's #1 team in the nation.  Although recruited by many schools, TJ has selected Union College for the Fall of 2010.

Ritondale Dylan Ritondale Waldwick Baseball / Coastal Carolina Baseball

2010 was a big year for Dylan Ritondale who was labeled by the Herald as Waldwick's hit man for leading North Jersey in hitting. He finished with a .481 batting average with 11 HR's after batting .257 last year and having knee surgery after the season prior to training with Paramount. In 2011, he helped lead Waldwick to the State Final! Dylan will be playing collegiately for Coastal Carolina!!!
Evan O'Neill #7 Northern Highlands Girls' Lacrosse / Georgetown Lacrosse

Evan O'Neill set many records for the Girls' Lacrosse Team at Northern Highlands Regional High School en route to being touted as one of the top 10 girls' lacrosse players in the nation!  She has seen drastic improvements in speed and agility training at Paramount Fitness and was recruited to play at Georgetown University where she will make an immediate impact!  She has been training at Paramount for 2+ years.

Mike Milone #49 Wagner Football

 

Most would say 5'8 185 is too small to be a linebacker for Division I football, but Mike has been defying the odds ever since he started training at Paramount before his junior season at Northern Highlands. He finished as the school's all time leading tackler(261), single season tackle record(121), and led Wagner as a true Freshman in special teams tackles(10).

Steve Roth Waldwick Track

Steve started training at Paramount after his sophomore year in high school. He trained hard and it payed off as junior year he won the 100 Meter State Championship! He improved even further Senior year as he went on to run a 10.9 in the 100 Meter Dash!!

 

Jay Hayes & JT Torres are Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belts under Lloyd Irvin & have been training at Paramount Fitness since 2007.

Dominyka Obelenyte

Dominyka Obelenyte - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champion

Dominyka has been training at Paramount for over 3 years and achieved something most would consider unthinkable. She won the Mundial World Championships in the Adult Blue Belt Lightweight category at the age of 14!! She has won numerous Grapplers Quest Titles and NAGA Titles and at 15 years of age, this now purple belt is looking to make a huge impact in the Worlds this year! Dominyka was recently featured on ESPN.com!!

Adrian Nowak #81 Northern Highlands Football / Union College Football

Adrian has been somewhat of a one man wrecking crew on defense for Northern Highlands Football team accumulating 15+ tackles in 3 seperate games.  He has selected Union College for the Fall of 2010.
Dean D'Ambrosio Don Bosco Baseball / Georgetown University Baseball

Dean started training with Paramount his sophomore year after running a team worst 7.94 60 yard dash his freshman year. Lots of hard work ensued, as Dean became one of the fastest kids on his Don Bosco team with his best 60 yard dash coming in at 6.78. Dean impressed so much in showcases and summer ball, that he was recruited by Georgetown University where he will attend in the Fall of 2011!!
Mark Fossati #34 HHK Saddle River Indians / St. Joes Football

Mark Fossati was the captain of the 2 time League Champion Hohokus Saddle River Indians football team...he was recruited by many schools and has selected St. Joes as his high school of choice.  He has been training with Paramount for 3+ years.
Bobby Brown Bobby Brown St. Joes Football

Bobby started training at Paramount before his 8th grade season...since he started training, he packed on an incredible 30+ pounds of muscle, and the star QB for his Hohokus Saddle River Indians team that won the League Championship...now at St. Joes, Bobby showed his toughness as he played the entire season even though he broke his hand in the 1st game...He will play a big part for Joes in the years to come!

Ryan McNerney Mahwah Lacrosse/Pace University Lacrosse

 

Ryan was the star defenseman for the Mahwah Thunderbirds Lacrosse team that won the Bergen County Title.  He finished 1st Team All Suburban and was recruited to play for Pace University next year.

Dillon Butler #4 Waldwick Soccer

 

Dillon trained with Paramount Fitness before his junior year as did the rest of the Waldwick Soccer team.  Dillon's 40 yard dash time dropped from 5.28 to 4.87 and the team had a massive turnaround as in 2008, the team went 4-16-2 and in 2009, they won the League going 17-4.  Dillon was named 1st Team All-League and a lot of players on the team credit their turnaround to the phenomenal cardio they maintained each game.

Matt Carlson DePaul Catholic Baseball / TCNJ Baseball

Matt has been training with Rob at Paramount for 5+ years now.  His fastball was timed at 67 MPH freshman year of high school and by the end of his senior year was topping out at 84MPH.  He was recruited to pitch for The College of New Jersey, where he cracked the starting rotation in his first year!
Jimmy Clark

Jimmy Clark #22 Don Bosco Football / Amherst College Football

 

Jimmy has been training with Rob Kehoe, owner of Paramount Fitness & Performance since he was in 7th grade.  He had a monster 8th grade year with the USR/Allendale Bulldogs football team leading them to the Super Bowl and at Don Bosco, he has been the go-to receiver since his sophomore year.  His senior year was an outstanding one as he helped lead Don Bosco to yet another undefeated season en route to being named #1 team in the nation!

Since training at Paramount since 2007, Jeremy has seen his name rise up the depth chart at Ridgewood becoming one of the most dominant lineman in North Jersey.

Steve Schwartz Northern Highlands Wrestling

 

Steve's sophomore year he didn't train at Paramount Fitness.  The opponent in this picture beat him that year 15-3....after that season he trained 3 times a week and saw massive improvements in strength and agility.  As you can see here, his junior year he exacted revenge pinning the same opponent.

Andrew Herrera #9 Don Bosco Football

Andrew has been training at Paramount for two years now.  He went from having average speed to being the fastest kid on his Allendale/USR Bulldogs 8th grade football team in 2008.  He is now starting both ways for Don Bosco's freshman football team at Tight End and Outside Linebacker.

Casey Moran Delbarton Football

 

Casey has been training at Paramount Fitness for 2 years and is now 2-way starter for Delbarton High School football program.

Ralph Lenzi Don Bosco Baseball / Ave Maria University Baseball

 

Don Bosco 3rd baseman Ralph Lenzi.  Freshman year before training with Paramount Fitness & Performance, Ralph's batting average was (.173).  After an extensive 6 month offseason training regimen at Paramount Fitness training 3-4 times a week, he was able to make his sophomore year a memorable one batting a team leading (.565).  The training techniques implemented for our baseball players is second to none with a concentration on Core Rotational Strength, Power & Arm Speed, and Ralph is a prime example of this. Ralph was heavily recruited to play at Ave Maria University Class of 2015!!

Greg Lloyd Skidmore Soccer

 

Greg started training at Paramount Fitness in 2007 and was recruited to play for Marist's Soccer team. Now at Skidmore College, he is a team leader and got first place on the team in their cardio testing!

Bryan Smith #33 Hillsdale Hawks/PV/Bergen Catholic

 

Bryan scored 19 TD's in 9 games to lead his Hillsdale Hawks to the Championship Game. Having gained 26 pounds of muscle in the offseason, he has started off his freshman year with a bang starting both ways and scoring TD's in 2 of the first 3 games.  Now at Bergen Catholic, he had a phenomenal baseball season and looks to be a force on the football field as well

Kyle Koppel Northern Highlands Baseball

Kyle's freshman year he trained at a different gym and he was cut from the baseball team at Bergen Catholic.  He then came to Paramount Fitness, doubled his strength, and not only landed a spot on next year's Bergen Catholic Baseball Team, but batted 3rd and led the team in batting average & hits.  Now at Northern Highlands, he had a phenomenal junior year in which he had the only RBI in the playoffs against St. Joe's in a 2-1 loss and is rolling into senior year as strong as ever.  He will have college coaches turning their heads trying to get Kyle to play for them.
Will Giarusso Will Giarusso 8th Grade Athlete

When Will first came to Paramount, his BEST 40 yard dash was timed at an 8.86.....yes an 8.86.  In 6 months time, we brought it down to a much more respectable 6.28.  2 months after that, and he is now down to 5.97.  His strength has also seen immense gains as he went from hitting .266 in 7th grade, to having a monster season in 8th grade batting .555 in the 4-hole.  His dedication to getting better and being an on-field leader led to him being named captain of his team.  Will has been training at Paramount for less than a year now and the transformation he has made shows anything is possible when you have the right training.
